For a few years my left shoulder gets painful, a sort of burning pain. I always put it down to carrying heavy books around school etc, or as of recent maybe a bad posture while on the computers at uni. On a scale of 1-10 it's about a 6 this burning sensation.

The other day I noticed when cracking my shoulders (I do this by literally crossing my arms and applying a little pressure inwards) that this left shoulder actually sort of snuck under my collar bone? I've attached a pic to show what I mean. It returns to where it should be with no bother. I did it a few times a day to proper investigate my shoulder and it was a little sore afterwards.

I'm going to have to register at a doctors to get it seen to properly, but was wondering if anyone has come across something similar and knows what it is or could be caused by? Thanks!
