God, it's like something out of Animal Farm. Who is he to live off our backs, and read us sermons on how to live? He doesn't seem to comprehend the irony of lecturing us about the government having to tighten its belt and cut services, while sitting on a golden throne at a state banquet.

It's people's reactions to this that make me lose all hope in the British people. If only the average person spent as much time researching and debunking Cameron's policies as they did moaning at his choice of sodding chair.

This is nearly as bad as the false-outrage over Osbourne's 'gourmet burger'... (I will concede that this picture is a damn good representation of British politics though)

How Cameron behaves does not, in any way, affect the validity of his policies. Why is everyone so obsessed with attacking the person? It's what laws he passes that matter.

Its easier to attack the man than the policies as the policies are working.

It would appear that the OP has chosen to ignore labour MPs that have sat in that chair.

Then again the OP is one of these people who lacks drive and ambition.

I guess it does look like he could be getting noshed off by a prozzie under the table but where are the lines of coke?

True, I wonder how long till you succumb.

He'd certainly be feeling Leakey after sitting on that.

You mean the guy who is training to enter a fiercely competitive profession? Hardly stinks of a lack of drive or ambition...

In any event, the picture is unfortunate. Cameron should have lectured on something else, other than austerity, whilst sitting in a golden chair.

Does everyone you disagree with lack drive and ambition?

I agree with the point about Labour MPs though.

Breaking news: head of government wears white tie and sits in nice chair.

ffs. There are some perks to being the person who runs the country. Get over it.

You stole this from the comments. Come up with something of your own to say, or at least credit the person who said it first.

Who cares where he says it from, fact remains cuts NEED to be made and the deficit was and is still too high. Don't want to be affected by cuts? Stop scrounging and get on your bike or on the bus.
