Is there a cut of point in terms of raw marks depending on the results of all the candidates? E.g 1% will always get full UMS?

No one asked. C1 and C2 require no mathematical genius to get 100 in anyway

No one really cares enough to work out the stats for it.

My response never suggested that I'm not willing to work it out ?
(Cause I have all the data from exam boards and subjects just on my computer -.-)

There cannot be a cut off point. I.e if all candidates get 100% raw marks, you cannot say only 1% will get full UMS.

However I think what you mean is a threshold. I.e if the exam board want 1% to get full UMS they will lower the threshold level for raw marks that need to be scored for full UMS to be awarded. However it would be impossible to calculate without sufficient data released by exam boards which I doubt they would supply.
