I have ALWAYS wanted to become a barrister, but I'm not sure what the steps after college are. I definitely want to study law at King's College but don't know which course you actually need to pick. Law LLM? EU law? I'm confused. Also after you graduate, what happens? I heard of something called a pupillage but don't know what it is. Is it good to have connections? I have a few, so will this help me?

someone explain the process please, thanks!

A good starting point would be the Bar Council's guidance on 'how to become a barrister'
