I've always found asian guys to be really forward and pushy at clubs and that puts me right off. Its not they way guys look, its the way they act.

The fact that you can't pull has nothing to do with the fact that you are asian. That is jsut an excuse. It is based on other factors such as your confidence levels, your personality and the way you present yourself. I have seen some very 'successful' asian men in clubs before. And clubs are not the best places to pull anyway. Meet a girl in the real world where you can judge her personality a bit better than in a club.
