Some questions on travelling to the U.S. Watch

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

I plan to go to the U.S. next year. I don't have a criminal conviction, however I do have youth referral order for GBH. I got this when I was 13 or 14 in a playground fight. Does anyone know if this type of things needs to be declared? I was also wrongly arrested last year and released (It was a drunk night where a silly girl accused the wrong person of attacking her). Again, would this type of thing need to be mentioned or not?

Also what are the chances of getting rejected to visit with if I did have to declare both of these? I do have a masters in modern history with distinction, on top of my bachelors. I was wondering if anyone has, or knows someone, who has been in a similar situation and whether they were fine to travel to the States still?
