That's a broad range of subjects. Have you considered doing engineering of some sort ? Medical engineering seems to have a lot of maths and physics. I know cause 4 of my friends are doing it at Queen Mary uni.
Also one thing to think about : what do you look for in a career. Do you want it to have a lot of people contact, or do you want a 9-5 job or research oriented or... U get the point. Take a piece of paper put some things down that you want in a prospective career ....then look at all the course option by going on the websites of different uni. See if you like it.

If you are really stuck... Maybe you wanna take a year out and try out internships, volunteering or something.

The obvious options would be maths, physics, engineering, economics, languages, law, or history, really.* Which is a lot, but since you're in Year 12 you have time to really go to lots of taster sessions, read books, watch Youtube videos, etc to figure out what you want to pursue. Consider what you're looking for in a degree and, to a lesser extent, in a career. Would you want to maintain a mathematical element in your course or would you be happy to go for something completely essay-based? Do you want to keep up with your Spanish? If so, would you prefer to do so formally through a degree or could you take a year abroad in a Spanish-speaking country within a different degree?

I'd also echo what others have said - don't feel you have to apply in Year 13 if you aren't sure on your subject choice. That being said, don't let TSR lead you into thinking that everyone knows their life path as of Year 10. I'd say that the vast majority of people in my year only pinned down their exact choice of subject during the summer after Year 12.

*That's not considering the options available to you in more flexible degrees like the BASc, of course, which may be more suited to you given your equal liking for all of your subjects.

Ahh, right, that does put you into an awkward position. What's changed your mind about it? If you're sure you want to do medicine instead then it may make sense to pick up biology, chemistry & something else next year and start over. Or you could apply for foundation medicine degrees, but of course that limits your choices.

I'm not sure, though - try posting in the medicine forums here to get some specialised advice.
