Just wanted to know if they are all well respected A levels by universities. I want to study either medicine or accountancy by the way. Thanks for the help!!

Those subjects are a good combination for both of the courses you want to do at uni. They are also respected subjects, especially maths.
And theres also the option of doing other stuff with those subjects as well.

Chemistry and biology are such a drag, chemistry especially. If you really can't decide between accounting or medicine take those four, but its a hard combination, If I were you I'd drop chem/bio and take subjects suited to accountancy.
