Don't really know where to put this as there isn't a 'housing' part, so please move if appropriate.

I rented a flat, which I've now moved out of.

In my tenancy agreement it states my rent must be paid to a specific bank account. However, part way through the agreement the landlord wrote to me requesting I pay my rent in to a different bank account - which I did.

I never received a new tenancy agreement detailing the new bank details.

Has the LL breached the agreement by asking me to pay in to another bank and closing the old one, without giving me a revised agreement?

Why would it matter? You've moved out.

As long as you paid the right amounts and they've received the money, then they won't complain.
