    1) In question VI from the first set do I have to use Faraday's law?
    2) In the second set how do I explain the last statement (IV)

    1 - yes, 2 - just write the reaction equation. Or, explain that copper doesn't react with just H+, but nitric acid is a stronger oxidizer.
