I think so.

Too long greedy men how no nothing of the game have gained so much from it.

A non-profit governing body needs to be brought in.

All big money sports are corrupt, I'd say football is probably less corrupt than the Tour de France, Formula One, Major League Baseball, NFL, blah blah - mainly because it's played all over the world with loads of different teams in each country, so hard to control

The World Cup, the Euros and the Champions League all come under bigger organisations and they are more like F1 in their glitz, their corruption etc.

To some extent the Premier Leagues of each country, particularly where they are breakaway organisations formed because of TV rights money like in England, are similarly corrupt.

Basically, money, which means advertisers and TV, brings corruption.

I think we could do without FIFA. Don't need 'em.
