stuck with the following qus, can someone help.
1. A mass of 0.01kg is vibrating up and down with simple harmonic motion. It's amplitude is 0.04m and period 2.0s. Find a. velocity and acceleration 0.01 from the centre. b. its kintetic energy at the centre and c. the point where the potenital energy is maximum.
2. A vibrating mass of 0.06kg has an amplitude of 0.08m and a period of 4.0secs. findacc, velocity and ke at the middle of the motion.

Guven the period you can find w.

Use v = w sqr (a^2 - x^2)
acc = w^2 x

KE = 0.5 m v^2
PE is a max when Ke=0 ie when x=a

2 is pretty similar.
