Hi, I'm planning on dropping out of University, and need a replacement for my room at IQ Leeds (Chancellor Street), hopefully before Christmas or in early January.

The room is an en suite in Block B1, on the first floor. You will share a kitchen and living space with three other people. The room includes a large desk, double bed, shelfs, notice board and wardrobe.

The room is £99p/w. The next payment of £1683 is due on the 14th January. However, you could set up a payment plan and pay a smaller amount. You could organise this with IQ.

IQ Accommodation is about a 30 minute walk to Leeds Met.

Here is some pictures from IQs site, and a picture of my room.

If you are looking for a room, or know someone who is, please let me know. I really need to find a replacement, otherwise I'll have to pay for the whole year, which I can't afford.

Hi ebony,

I have not found a replacement yet. The bills are included, and the room is an ensuite with a shower. Unfortunately, I have moved out of the accommodation and would not be able to provide a viewing. I could give you the address of the accommodation and you could check out the surrounding area, the accommodation itself is gated. The room is exactly like the picture provided on the website - apart from being the opposite way (with the bed on the left side). There are a few marks on the walls from previous tenants, but apart from that the room is in good condition. The contract ends July 2014, and the payments are in January and April.

Thanks.
