Yes, it's what the ancient Scottish universities use. The only difference is that it takes four years instead of three but it's still an undergraduate degree.

As above. Postgrad MAs aren't designated as Honours degrees. Their classification is different. Scottish undergrad MAs start at the age of 17, instead of the more usual 18 in the rest of the UK. The end point is the same.
