Surrey vs Brightton Watch

So I am trying to workout the best uni for me to study nursing.

Ideally I'd be going to Surrey to do the PGDip but if I decide either to not complete or don't get an offer. I'm looking at either Brighton or Surrey for the undergrad course.

I currently have the qualifications to get into Brighton (K101) but not Surrey (Access or A Levels).

If going direct rather than as a secondment I would need to work part-time as much as possible. I understand Brighton is 1 day @ uni and 2 days @ placement or 37.5 hrs in 3rd term. I could easily take on bank/agency shifts there.

Anyone know of the timetable for Surrey, I think I read somewhere it was 2 days @ uni.

Do you get a maintenance grant as well as a maintenance loan or is it just NHS bursary, NHS grant and maintenance loan?

EDIT: yes I know I've spelt Brighton wrong in the title.

Could even go to Southampton for undergrad/pstgrad
