Sixteen Beverley High School students put their language skills to the test on the trip to the city of Nice, on the French Riviera.

As well as speaking French, they also met other international students from countries including Brazil, Sweden and Germany.

In the afternoons, the group visited the old town of Nice, the medieval town of Eze and Monaco.
