puffy eyes, hayfever maybe. What other symptoms?

Umm.. could be dehyrdation.. Basically I feel dirty and itchy.. generally bad..
Could just be lack of sleep. Or too much sleep. I often feel groggy if I sleep too long or not enough.
Stupidity.

Yeh I have felt like that a lot too.. dehydration is probably it, drink lots of water. I think it has a lot to do with the way you've slept though, like the poster said; if you sleep not enough or too much [most the latter i think]

Eat lots of fruit. Seems to cure most things...
Have a shower, drink some water, try to keep cool. That should help hayfever or hangover-esque symptoms hopefully.

yeh ive got this this morning too.

mite be cos i slept too long (10 hours), or the sun was comin rite thru window onto me so dehydrated.

never the less was in a foul mood before i went to bed so worse now.
showers n drinks not helped as yet
