Elbow/tricep was pretty sore from yesterday, so left it at 100 X 1.

*got cramp in my quad while the bar was above my head, just managed to rack it before I collapsed.

Nope Didn't take my phone with me as I had only planned to go up to 140-150 and then bench, ended up getting a little carried away and had an impromptu 3 hour squat session. Will see how much I regret that tomorrow morning...
