Jacket potato with tuna and cheese, fruit muller corner
Massive portion of veggie chilli and brown rice, a clementine
Almost a whole bag of tangfastics

I feel so ill from all the sugar now...

I love this thread, whenever I''ve had a bad day of eating I can always rely on someone on here having an even worse one

8 boiled eggs and 3 slices of toast
Tuna and wheolemeal pasta in a sauce
Chicken and noodles
2 pints of milk and some cottage cheese
An ounce of nuts
Another tin of tuna on its own before bed

thursday I will have turkey, mashed potatoes, staffing, bread,I forgot about the gravy.I hope everybody has a Happy Thanksgiving.

Breakfast- Bowl of rice krispies (with semi skimmed milk)
Snack- Ready salted crisps and a twirl chocolate bar + apple juice
Lunch- Baked potato with butter, muller smooth strawberry yogurt + water
Snack- 2 bowls of rice krispies again (with semi skimmed milk)
Tea- White rice + cup of apple juice
After tea- Tinned pears, two caramel freddos and pieces of galaxy chocolate

Just realised how unhealthy this is ahaha, oh well..

dinner: ordered a chinese- chicken noodle soup, chips,curry sauce, fried rice

Breakfast = cinnamony porridge

Lunch = 2 carrots, brussels sprouts, 2 light babybells

Snack = a pear

Dinner = salad (tin of sardines in tomato sauce, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, brussels sprouts, broccoli, dijon mustard)

edit - on a side note, am contemplating turning pescetarian, and then slowly phasing out the fish to become vegetarian. tbh i'm almost there, i only eat meat once or twice a week - normally turkey or ham, in a salad.
