Breakfast:
Toasted muffin with flora

Lunch:
Toasted bagel (yeah bread overload) with an egg
Packet of squares crisps

Dinner:
Some chicken pie with crispy potatoes and carrot and swede mash

Snack:
Seriously needed a bit of sugar so just had a couple of bourbons.

Also had two cups of tea and a ridiculously large amount of water.

Trying to cut back massively on the amount of sugar I eat along with doing the 30 day shred and it's proving quiteeee difficult.

morrisons version of coco pops & a latte

lunch:
chicken salad sandwich, a pack of reeses cups, a few slices of melon

dinner:
slimming world recipe for chicken, spinach & potato curry
a few spoons of haagan daz ice cream, a digestive slice

supper:
sesame seed bagel & peppermint tea

Breakfast:

2 slices of toast, one with jam and the other with butter; cup of tea

Lunch:

1 banana; 4 kiwis; 1 Lebanese pitta w/ marmite; a big portion of leftover chip shop chips w/ chilli sauce; 1 apple; 1 cup of decaff tea; 2 choco coconut rings; almost a whole large packet of peanuts; half a large tub of Ben & Jerry's Half-Bake; 4 chocolate digestives

Dinner:

1 choco coconut ring; chicken breast & peas in tinned tomatoes; some more Ben & Jerry's; 2 tangerines

Breakfast - 1 slice of whole meal bread with pink salmon
Lunch - 2 slices of whole meal bread with pink salmon and grapes
Dinner - small portion of gnocchi with a home made tomato sauce and a banana
Supper - packet of 18p curry noodles from tesco
Drinks - water, tea with skim milk, skim milk on its own

Yeah I know I'm restricted to what is in the house at the time, skint 16 year old living with my parents I eat what we've got!

1 slice of wholemeal toast , sharing bag of peanut m&ms and a packet of bubble gum flavoured gummy sweets, chicken cuppa soup with with one slice of whole meal bread , carton of orange juice and tea

Breakfast - Weetabix with milk
Lunch - Chilli hummus sandwiches
Dinner - Bangers and mash

Snacks throughout the day included - two apples, a kiwi, a raspberry and pomegranate oat bar and some pringles

Pretty tasty day to be honest

I have been good today

Breakfast - 1 weetabix, a plum

Lunch - The hairy bikers Five minute pizza from their diet book - which is basically using a wrap as a pizza base.

Tea - A slice of Steak Pie, Sweetcorn and a tiny amount of mash with a Naked Superfood smoothie

Supper is yet to come but I'm going to have the leftover pineapple that didnt go on my pizza, some dried banana and an instant hot chocolate.

Breakfast: Ready brek made with a mixture of unsweetened almond milk and semi skimmed milk, with cookies and cream flavoured protein powder, strawberries and sweetener.
Lunch: Spaghetti with cheese and Quorn "ham". A honey Danio yoghurt with fudge pieces, almond slices, pecans and dried banana.
Dinner: Beansprouts, cabbage, carrot, peppers and Quorn "chicken" stir fried with roasted garlic chutney, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce with a piece of spinach, ricotta and feta filo pie.

Drinks: Pepsi max

About to have a chocolate yoghurt dessert, probably some more strawberries and possibly some banana

breakfast: cornflakes & a petits flous strawberry yoghurt

lunch: 2 oatcakes and light philadelphia, some carrot sticks & low fat red pepper houmous & a banana

dinner: plain salmon fillet & broccoli

snack: another banana

supper: plain toasted wholegrain pitta bread dipped in some of that red pepper houmous & a cup of peppermint tea
