3 Months waiting..still havent found out about tuition

I have previously done 2 years of study and had to withdraw for personal reasons. I applied 3 months ago and sent in evidence of compelling reasons. I STILL haven't found out if my tuition is being awarded or not. To make things worse i've been told conflicting things, one SFE agent said i was being awarded tuition, then another said the previous agent was wrong. What date are the assessors currently working to and when will i find out if im getting my tuition or not?!!
