I graduated a few months back and I gave the equipment back. As a flat me and my flatmates even got reimbursed some money because they had a very faulty service. Fast forward to today and they decide to email me saying I should send their equipment back. I phone them up and tell them I have already given them the equipment back and they say they will put it on record that i have made that call. But all of this is unacceptable really. They have some nerve, or they are just very incompetent. Asking for more money when they are the ones at fault? Anyone else been in this peculiar scenario?

Yep, been asking me for equipment as well. Emailed them back telling them to **** off and to stop contacting me. Not had any response since then.

they are incompetent from my experience. just be firm with them if they contact you again
