Anniversary present - HELP!

It's my one year anniversary with my boyfriend next week.. and I'm desperately running out of time to get him a present! I had looked on the Tiffany website and found this nice ring at an OK price.. so I went up to London yesterday to get it, but it really wasn't very nice in the flesh! I realised I was only buying it for the sake it was Tiffany and that it cost a lot of money, so didn't see the point.

So please help.. I'm totally out of ideas! Looking to spend a max of about £100-£120.
