don't know where to start! I have to somehow relate these to Sainsburys or Tesco however we have not touched on these things much in the lesson apart from TQM. so do I just write about TQM? stress.

The question is as follows: Give a brief explanation of the organisation’s quality systems and why these are necessary.

but then our tutor gave us some assessment criterion to refer to and for this question it tells us to analyse and evaluate production schedules, purchasing and stock control standards.
to me it seems that they are asking different things?

could someone link me to some useful resources for these?
