Hi there one quick question, should I write what I did in my volunteering work or which skills I develop and what I learned from it?

Well, unless you tell them what you did, it won't make sense! However, it's more important to talk about what you got from it, that is, provided that it has some relevance to the course you are applying for. Otherwise, it's just wasting valuable space.

You need to tell them the name of the organisation you volunteered at, as well as your role. You would then need to tell them what skills you have acquired and how this can link in with your course.
