Hello, I am currently studying Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University Centre of Blackburn College and as part of my course I must complete a research project.

I have decided to carry out my research into whether or not ardent claims of racism in the British Army serve as the primary deterrent for people from ethnic backgrounds pursuing a career in the British Army.

It would be of great help if people could give their opinions on the matter or even if you think there are other reasons as to why people from an ethnic background may not want to join the British Army.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
