Hello,

Short and sweet;

My a level results for 2013 were: A*BC - A* economics, B in English, C in history. There is a long story behind these weird results - I achieved AAA at AS and was on track to do the same - the C is a result of a coursework issue (I am trying to get this resolved/resubmitted this year/early 2014, however this may not happen). To put it into perspective, I achieved an A in my history exam and was given a U for my coursework. (Yep, LOL)

I am curious as to how universities that require AAA-ABB will view my results. Will they take it as if I have achieved ABB (thats what I have if you balance the results to points) or will they view them any differently due to the A* grade/the fact I am trying to get my coursework looked at? I really hope the C is not going to hinder my chances at getting offers this year, as last year with predictions I managed 4/5 offers.

I'm thinking of applying for law at Kent, Surrey, Exeter, Queen mary for Law + Politics (hopeful) and I am looking for a good back up uni.

I need advice/Help on the matter please.
