I.e.
The average costs of a lesson is £24

But School A has offer of 10 lessons for £100.

So after 10 lessons, go to School B for another 10 lessons for £100.

Most is for new learners so unless you want to pay to learn everything again... Not a good idea.

If they did allow you do it, there would be little continuity - they would need to assess your driving, you would need to get used to different cars and different instructor personalities/styles/techniques

No. As has been stated above introductory lessons are just that, teaching you the very basics so you'll do the basics with school A and then the basics with school B. In addition, many schools reserve 4 hours for test week - which kind of scuppers your plan...
