Bulking up and losing the last bit of fat Watch

Hey guys,

Just at abit of background I'm a 19 year old male, looking for advice on bulking up and losing the last bits of body fat. This time last year I was approx 15 and a half stone, but had a big figure anyway so didn't look overweight. From the start of January I started at the gym and lost about a stone a month. I then cooled off just continuing watching what I'm eating, only drinking water etc etc. I'm now 12 stone 4... With a height of 5 foot 11 inches and waist of about 32 inches. I would consider this to be a nice weight, although I still rather a flabby stomach and pecs...

Just looking for advice, workout routines or articles, YouTube vids, what to do at the gym... Anything that is a nice way to take the next step...
