Vista Speech Recognition?
AVRS Voice Recognition & Speech to Text Software?
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10?

Tried none of these (well, I did play around with the Vista in-built recognition before) but unless you speak very clearly and have a good quality microphone and most importantly software, this will be no help.

I was looking for suggestions that people have used. I should have probably made that a bit clearer.
