    Hi,
Can anyone tell me whether i would eligible for just the maintanence loan from SFE based on my situation (below)
I have previously studied at uni for two full years, received tuition/loan/grant.

I have now gone down a different route but am still studying/training, did a year last but it is counted as a individual course as it was one year, I am still studying/training this year but it is again counted as a one year course at the same place.
I do not require tution fees and do not want to apply for the grant but could i still get the maintence loan?
I know that it is length of course + 1 year - previous years study = 1+1-2=0
Could i still get a maintence loan?

Yes you can still get maintenance loan, so long as your previous qualifications aren't the same level as the one you're doing now.
