Hard work but no talent won't get you too far.
Talent but no hard work will get you nowhere either.

Oh gosh..

Talent is a natural ability to do something without the need of hard work, but hard work could develop it further.

Hard work can get you to learn most things, but talent would make it easier...

I'd go with hard work, it's more rewarding.

I would choose hard work.

With hard work, you can succeed to an extent at most things, talent doesn't always mean you might even get the opportunity to use it, how many people can sing but don't use it for anything?

Both are equally important as each other? You'll get nowhere with just one...

BOTH is not an option in this thread (as emphasised by the word 'OR')... It's either the former or the latter I am asking all to pick, but I see where you coming from when you say ''both''.
If you had to choose one - what would it be?

life's easier when you have talent and you only occasionally need to torture yourself with hard work

hard work without talent will only get you so far

Do you know cases where both is a good answer to an 'or' question?

Hard Work, 100%, every time.

Talent gets lazy and compliant. When you've worked hard for something, you remember how long it took you to get there and you savour that, foot never comes off the pedal.

Will Smith said in an interview "I don't think I'm talented, but what I do have is ridiculous, sickening worth ethic". This is the guy who is awesome at acting, rapping, dancing, beatboxing, singing, motivating, writing, directing...

Hard Work, 24/7.

Mostly talent, or hard work that can turn into talent :hump2:

Definitely hard work. There's no point in having a talent if you aren't able to put in the effort to make the most out of it; even without a natural talent you can still become skilled at something with the right amount of determination.
