wheres good for decent, cheap protein?
ive got a half a tub of maximuscle promax left, but my god its expensive!

Ebay should be good but Argos is alright £20 for York power muscle formula. Basically its a mix of casein,soy protein,whey protein,egg protein + vitimins and minerals. Something like 44 serving each containing 30g protein.

where do u buy the protein and what does the packet look like?
Go to a health food shop. Mine's £7 for a massive tub.

Just wondering do you have to mix it with milk, juice etc of would it be fine just to spoon the powder in your mouth and swallow? just wondering cos mine tastes pretty disgusting even when mixed with like a litre of cokacola and cant bare drinking it all

Finish the tub and change protein shakes. Ive got no idea why you would be mixing it with coke either?

me neither, its water or milk
Anyone know roughly how many spoonfuls of whey protein is equivalent to 25g? I haven't got a scoop.
