I want to buy a USB camera so that I can record myself playing my guitar and put it online.

Does anybody have recommendations?

I want something with good sound quality.

Wouldn't recommend such devices, the quality is going to be crap as well the software support for the device. Try to find a alternative way if you can with a better camera.

Is there an alternative you'd recommend? By budget is probably £200. I already have a decent USB microphone, but I want a camera to make the videos more interesting.

Couldn't you just get a bridge camera or a proper video camera?

Providing the USB mic is of high quality I recommend the Logitech C920 Pro Webcam for the video recording, it records up to 1080p and it has a wide angle lens too, so you don't have to be super close to it, you can buy it here
