Depends on what you mean by top. Oxbridge/LSE are obviously the 'best' but Bristol, Durham, SOAS, sheffield are all good.

I would personally say Bristol, Durham, York, Bath, Warwick or Exeter because, although the standard is excellent at LSE, UCL etc, I found the London universities to be really fragmented which I wouldn't have enjoyed (along with the cost!). Then there is Oxbridge of course... (Oxford only offer PPE or History and Politics).

EDIT: I have just noticed that you did not mention Politics and IR and instead singular International Relations so I would add Nottingham to the list!

Has anyone heard anything about studying International relations at either Manchester and/or Leeds? If so, please share some information! Thanks

I want to do joint honours (Spanish) and do year abroad. The problem is that you can't do that in the so called best unis such as Warwick, Durham and so on.

I've got a list of unis that do joint honours and year abroad ; Essex, Royal Holloway,Kent, Swansea, Exeter,UEA,Leeds,St Andrews,Aston Birmingham, University of Birmingham,Coventry, Nottingham Trent,De montfort, Loughborough, Westminster,Sussex,Oxford Brookes, Portsmouth and Keele.

Thanks for help
