    Hey,

Ok I'm having a kind of big problem here. A couple of months ago I started driving lessons. My driving instructor was ok but weird. He had a thing with touching my hands or wasting my time by talking me to his house so he could get something or he would go to the shop. We had and arguments after id kept on failing my theory and he said there was no point me having any more lessons till I get it because it was wasting his time. Then told me to go home.... I never spoke to him after that although I had just paid him £210 for more lessons. Now recently actually today.. My mum decided to text him and ask him for the money back. He basically called me a lier and my mum said she'd see him in court... I really don't want to go to court but I know my mum won't let it go. What should I do?

You paid him for driving lessons and he didn't provide you with the service. If he won't give you the money back it's probably best to take it to court. If he is part of a driving instructor company, you could try sending the company a letter to try and get it back.
