Dear SFE,

I applied for 24+loan, I had sent my supporting evidence, received a confirmation, then they asked me my address history, I don't know why?
I sent it. they asked me my NI number which I sent it when I sent my supporting documents. They asked me to write a letter to verify that. I did that. Called them again, they said it is in process and waiting for decision. I have not heard anything from them and I am not able to view my account at all after that. I am able to login, then I am getting the following message "An unknown error has caused the application to stop working." I AM REALLY GETTING ANNOYED. I cant afford to call them, 0800 costs me a lot. Even if I call, I have to wait for at least 15 mins. I am hoping to get an answer from you or I have to leave my course and continue to be on job seeker allowance.
