A ball of mass 0.3kg is released from a point at a height of 10m above horizontal ground. After hitting the ground the ball rebounds to a height of 2.5m. Calculate, in Ns, the magnitude of the impusle of the force exerted on the ball by the ground during impact.

Use SUVAT to get the initial velocity and the final velocity after impact. Be careful with the signs. Remember impulse is the momentum change
