At this event I went to yesterday, they advised people to look at push.co.uk for guides to universities. However a majority of the site is for members only, and you pay about £15 to join, I wondered, has anyone joined, and have they found it useful?
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum!

Yes, I don't want to pay £15 if I won't use it/not useful.

I think just all the views about the univerisites..

"Push Online Annual Membership

Save personal settings and searches and return throughout the year for help at every stage of choosing and preparing to go to university."

I don't think it's worth paying £15 for. If you do a bit of your own research you can find out a lot about any unis you're applying for. :tsr2: has loads of info in each unis bit of the forum, that could be more help than what's on the push website.

£15 ain't cheap. Maybe if they had a £3 monthly package I'd give it a go.

Most of the uni forums on here have helpful current students on there who will answer your questions. Or just e-mail the uni itself if you want info!

I subscribed - found it very useful - it also has lots of random interesting facts about different unis.

The book is useful, and only £5.25 here:

Also, have a look at http://www.unofficial-guides.com/guides/
