Hey just wondering is there is anyone out there going St Martins Carisle in 2006, and if so which course and what are your thoughts about going there?

yeah im off to carlisle next year. I'll be doing a pgce secondary citizenship. To be honest, although you will prob think im an idiot, im a little anxious. Im not nervus as I have balls of steel and tend to get on well with almost anyone. I just dont like the idea of 9-5ing it, especially considering iv just finished 3 years at university. I have heard horror stories about the workload for pgce and st martins appears to be a very small place from what im used to- 1 of the biggest unis in uk. kinda worried also that with the majority of people being older they will not be up for partying as much as i like to. I suppose its part of moving on and growing up. It seems like a nice friendly city. and the size of the college could add to a comunity atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other quickly. Heres to making it what we make of it and enjoying it. Feel free to write back if you like, or others get involved as its nice to hear from others in the same position I am in.
