Obviously you can't target the fat on your face. Or at least I very much doubt it. The best thing to do, then, I would say, is to move more and eat less. :smile:

are you sure it's fat and not just your face shape? I have a round face but the rest of my body doesn't seen to follow. If not i dont seem to know any particular exercises for getting rid of fat on your face apart from a few chin exercises if you have a flabby chin :confused:

ok my face is nothing like as bad this and i dont have a flabby chin either i just have fat roundy cheecks and a big nose..

I know its not what you want to hear, but theres not really much you can do about it! Maybe if you lost weight generally (if you are overweight) it would come off your face aswell, or if youre a bit younger, you might grow out of it a bit.
Once you start losing weight anyway, your face becomes more narrow (only after about a month though), and looks more "elvish" (that's how I've always thought of it). So if your body is ok, you could try exercising and get it even more 'okay'? :biggrin:

there's nowt wrong with a chubby face-much nicer than a skeleton head. But if it really bothers you then you can try doing neck exercises or even (though it sounds daft) talk more-its gotta burn some calories off!
