GirlGuiding UK Anyone?!

Is anyone interested in making a GirlGuiding Society? Or is this a bad idea? I think its a good one.

Whats good and bad about GirlGuiding UK, and do people think it is still all goody-two-shoes girlies who go? the traditional view of Guiding -

GirlGuiding UK is a charity organisation for girls and young women who want to have a good time and make new friends. Its original name was Guides. If you ARE in Canada, then it is called Girl Scouts. It was started in the early 1900's, i forget the actual date, by Robert Baden Powell, who also started the Boy Scouts. Does this enlighten you?

I do brownies, tried rainbows and found them a bit boring and frustrating, I like the age group of the brownies, they'll still hang on to your every word but they're a bit more independent and don't need you to do everything for them and they go on more interesting outings

yeah, i suppose. i like rainbows, theyre so cute! they can now have sleepovers, we went to an aquarium and spent he night there! it was fun, even for the leaders, watching hammer head sharks at 3am!

When I was helping with rainbows I found that I was having to write their names, tie their shoelaces, explain why the world was round etc etc and it got a bit tedious, but I'm better at interacting with slightly older children, it's all relative really, if you're good at dealing with little ones good on you.
