    hey everyone,

i m currently applying at some universities and I was wondering if I should select lse economics and economics history or st andrews, for my 5th choice.

I m sure about sending my file to

    PPE at Warwick
    Lse government and economics
king's politics of teh international economy
and edimburgh politics and economics ...

I would eprsonnaly prefer going to lSE economics and economics history rather than to st andrews. Nonetheless, as I ve written a personal statement which focuses on politics and economics I was wondering if I my PS would not be focusing enough on economics history.

i ve read that it was easier to enter in economics and economics history than in governement and economics at LSE.
Is it true ? Is it usually easier to be accepted at st andrews ( economics and international relations / politics ) or at LSeeconomics and economics history ?
Plus as I am planning to send an application to governement andeconomics at LSE is it a good strategy to ask 2 different subjects inside the same university ?

Thank you for your answers !

If theres no focus on history, you might as well not bother applying to LSE. Its the oldest trick in their books applying through that course. They will probably just chuck your application for an applicant that has shown they clearly want to study History as a part of their degree.
