I dunno. Once I was watching friends and was really turned on my Joey hugging Rachel, and got really worried that I was actually straight, but then I realised it was just because of Jennifer Anniston that I liked it. Phew. I guess you'll just have to wait and see.

It is a shock to the system to think that you have been completely wrong about your sexuality so far in life. It was soon after I came out to friends, too.

I'm not saying they should change. I'm saying that there is a problem if they think it's a problem that they might be straight.

That's part of the problem. Once you've figured out why you're so different it's a relief to be able to pinpoint it, and understand that is why you are who you are. To have got that wrong would mean some major confusion and self-doubt.

I would be worried if I started to think I was gay, not because I believe there is anythong wrong or immoral about it, but because so much of my own history and who I am has stemmed from working through adolescent experiences of hetorosexual feelings- and to realise that maybe I'm not who I thought I was and can't define this would scare me.
Maybe it's not right that people should feel the need to define themselves in any way.. but they do and we can only learn..
