Help with a quadratic question

A ball is thrown in the air. After t seconds, its height, s, in metres above ground is given by the equation 2s = -10t^2 + 16t + 3

a) Find t when the ball is 4.5 metres above the ground.

I found the solutions to this bit, 3/5 or 1.

b) Comment on the physical interpretation of the solution to part a.

What sort of comments would you make here? My minds totally blank

On a side note, do you think I could get C1, C2 and M1 done by the end of February? Just started self studying, exams in May/June.

There are 2 times when the object is at 4.5m above the start point, why? Just comment on what will happen to the object and the force that is acting that causes it to occur
