Tomorrow I'm going to a political conference at Westminster Central Hall. The politicians appearing include:

John Bercow – Speaker of the House of Commons

Nigel Farage – Leader of UKIP

Simon Hughes – Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrats

Alan Duncan – Minister for Overseas Development

David Blunkett – M.P. Ex Labour Home Secretary. Worked as a leading figure at the heart of Tony Blair’s government.

George Galloway – MP and leader of the Respect party.

Nadine Dorries – Controversial Conservative MP who temporarily lost the party whip for appearing on ‘I’m a Celebrity, get me out of here.’

Tony Benn – world famous socialist.

I was wondering you anyone on TSR has any questions for these politicians and I'll try to get myself and friends to ask them!

Ask george galloway if he believes in the socialist system, would he be willing to give his millions of pounds in wealth away? Or is he a hypocrite doing it for show

Ask Bercow why he is such a Turd. Tell Farage I love him and hope he recovers quickly (not a question but still)...

Here's one that I really hope would provoke an interesting debate:

Is it foolish to be proud of where you were born?

Nigel Farage: If the tories win the next election and the population vote 'no' in a referendum to leave the EU will UKIP disband?
George Galloway: Was the Iran deal a good agreement and why do you think it took so long for such an agreement to be reached?
Tony Benn: Being close friends with Enoch Powell, what did you make of his 'Rivers of Blood' speech?

Just a few suggestions, have fun

Labour was very much against entry into the EU. Would Tony benn support UKIP in order to allow the people if the UK to have a referendum.

Ask why did David Blunkett sell out on his principles and early left wing career for New Labour.

Annoyingly, Galloway and Farage didn't turn up, Farage is hospital but no reason from Galloway. And missed Blunkett which is the most interesting people bar Benn.

This meant out of 11 questions I couldn't ask 6 ( + meenu89's wouldn't go down well)

Then told our questions had to be general/no debates that everyone would understand - ruled out 2 more questions (imo)

Ended up only asking this question:

(Original post by GrumpyCat)
Ask Simon Hughes why as students, why should we vote for the Lib Dems.
To which I'll respond later once i've transcribed it It got lots of cheers though when i asked it so thank you

Farage is recovering from a back operation. I thought it was too soon for him to make public appearances.

Simon Hughes coming out with the usual crap I see...
* 'I didn't vote for the fees' - yet he abstained rather than voting against them. Then proceeds to heavily defend them claiming them to be a better option  typical lib dem scum.

Shame you missed Blunkett as I really wanted an answer from him seeing as he's my MP.
