I recently joined the gym and was wondering how often should i go to loose weight? I've lots of different stuff from people. Some saying u shud go everyday n sum saying u shud go every other day lol
ok, look: first of all: LOSE (to get rid of) is spelled with one O. LOOSE means "not tight".
About the gym: it's much better if you do actual sports: go throwing softball with your friend, go running...time passes faster and while you'd spend 1 hour in the gym you spend 4 hours on the pitch and you don't even notice (and it's free).
