Tips For Weightloss

Basically, I want to lose a stone. However I always find it hard to diet. The only way that I have lost weight in the past is if I went mad & basically starved myself & of course when I began to eat normal again, the weight just pilled back on.

I'm not fat, but I would like to lose weight to regain confidence. Since I've been at Uni I have put so much weight on & I have little motivation to lose anything.

It would make it easier if I liked 'healthy' food such as salad but I don't. I'm quite a fussy eater.

Any tips?

oats/toast + fruit for breakfast.
nuts/fruit as snacks.
scrambled egg on toast (wholemeal)/sandwich + fruit
salmon/chicken + veg/stir fry/wholemeal pasta

It isn't hard to eat healthy. Oh, dont forget exercise, in this heat it makes it ideal to do a circuit in the garden or at a park.

Yup, drink tons of water...
Cut down on fatty foods and eat healthy...
I also cut down on carbs for a few weeks...but then i was eating over 200g of carbs a day :/
Do circuit's/interval training...
