STUDENT GRANT info please

I recently recieved my Maintenance LOAN, and was advised on the SFE website and my application that I am eligible for a grant too as i am from a low income one parent household.
Well since my application was approved I havent heard anything more about it. They haven't asked for evidence, and I dont have a house phone so its so expensive to call.
Can anyone help or advise me what to do ?

Can you please advise if you applied online for funding? If so, can you please advise if your parent supported your application by declaring their income?
If your parent has supported your application, can you please advise if you or your parent have been asked to provide any further evidence? If so, when did they return this evidence?
