Something has changed on your UCAS application, but there's no updates?

Hi , I have a question. I just received an email yesterday form UCAS stating "Something has changed on your UCAS application...."
Although the 'UPDATED' column has changed to yesterday's date at the particular university which has not decided yet, there's actually NO updates at all. What does this mean?

If you've received a few offers already, you should look at each one accurately, maybe the conditions have changed etc.
Iff you haven't received any yet, it could mean that a uni gave you an offer or rejected you but decided not to do so shortly after..
